Location: the hotel was very close to Alexander Nevsky Cathedral as well as Vitosha boulevard. The staff was very attentive and top-class, and the service was excellent.

Magnificent location close to all major highlights. Extremely pleasant rooms with 2 separate beds and all the toiletries. - Great services with private parking available under the hotel.

Booked wheelchair accessible room with a wonderful bathtub, large bed and all the toiletries and got it upon arrival. An electric kettle and fridges were nice. The location was good in super center. The hotel's staff was super friendly and pleasant😀🙂

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect for us, being right in the center of everything. The room was very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel very welcome. We also loved the garden area and sauna facilities, which were a nice bonus.
We would definitely recommend this place to friends, it was excellent value for money and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The room was spacious, large, and high-class when I arrived. My breakfast was tasteful with many options. - the hotel's location was marvelous and decent, near all main sights like Sveto Sofia, Alexander Nevski Cathedral, Banya Bashi Mosque, the Opera House, and Serdika Center.

I had a great stay at Coop Hotel. The location is ideal, close to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection and the coffee was excellent. The staff at the breakfast room were friendly. The Wi-Fi in the room was reliable.
